New Server OMG

yay i got a new server in texas, i have full root access and i have installed the software that will power the video upload component, which will be added to the new version of the site when it releases, the new server is key in implementing the new design as it allows all the new features we have planned

lots of things might start breaking, this is all part of the process and i expect everything to be back to normal within a week

i was thinking today, that maybe i should move my blog to be soley on hyrxx.tv and have hyrxx.com as the community where all the blogs from the hyrxx network are displayed, basically the only thing that would change would be my blog would be accessable from hyrxx.tv rather than the blog link which currently links to http://hyrxx.com/blog, you would still be able to login to hyrxx.tv just like you can now

originally i planned on using hyrxx.tv as the domain for my online tv channel lux tv but i havent really posted anything on it in a while, so i think it would be better to use it as my blog, anyways im interested in what you think so PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT

btw i have also enabled catch all on my other domain so you can send me and email by putting anything infront of the @hyrxx.com and @hyrxx.tv >> eg. robbie @hyrxx.com omgimcool @hyrxx.tv imsostarstruck @hyrxx.com notrobbie @hyrxx.tv >>they all work and anything else does aswell hehe

i managed to turn a 5 hour shift into a 12 hour one on sunday, they asked me to start early and finish early, that was pretty cool but then i finished at 3am so i just slept there until 6am, or at least tried to, it was so noisy and i hardly got any sleep, then i came home at 6am and still couldnt really get to sleep, when i finaly did i slept for too long and ended up being late for work which i had again at 2pm hehe, and i only finished at 8 last night, so im pretty exhausted, now im going to polytech and sending my latptop to the shop for repair, so i wont be as active online until i get it back

i added events to the site so you can now post your own events, i posted the first one as an example

i also took the time to add pictures to almost every group and i created a couple of new ones, please join the groups you like and create some, you can use groups to discuss things relating to the topic,

im also going to start a modelling group which will be a knockout cycle competition like the groups on bebo

hyrxx store is nearing opening and i will be sending out t shirts to the models soon, if you are interested in being a model for the second batch of t shirts, please apply to store@hyrxx.com,
i will also be running a competition for the store, you will need to be a member on the site, so why not sign up now!!

I have added a number of fixes to the site along with more functionality and a new blog and updates to some of the old ones, the changes are outlined below:

Blogs:
- New blog added – updatez – you can add updates to what your currently doing, very similar to twitter, uses the prologue theme, which will be updated to the prologue 2 (p2) theme when its released, stay tuned for more updates.
- Lux Tv has been updated to use the new black ice theme
- Hyrxx Community Blog has been updated to use the new black ice theme
- Hyrxx Store has been updated to use the new black ice theme

A search bar has been added that helps you find members and groups directly from the Hyrxx bar
The welcome widget information now changes when you login
The number of excerpts displayed has increased from 1 to 3 to let more blog posts recieve attention before the content is hidden when another user posts a new blog
The wire functionality has been restored – previously users were unable to post on each others wires due to a bug in the member theme, this has been fixed and users should be able to post wires without any problems
New widgets have been installed into member profiles – 2 in the sidebar and one in the main section

I have pretty much finished off my style by getting my hair dyed with a patch of pink green and blue – the colors of my website. i also bought an element brand cap and a pair of skinny jeans, i plan to get more stuff soon, i also need my hair cut to make it thinned out and more emo

apple has just released thier new ipod shuffle, it is around the same size as a AA battery, and now has no buttons on the unit but instead you use an inline remote to control playback, they have also bumped up the capacity to 4gb
